Squid Game is a Korean Netflix thriller/drama that has been gaining a lot of popularity and is #1 in more than 90 countries. This show has lots of plot twists which have left viewers shocked and wanting to watch more. Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos has said, "There's a show on Netflix right now that is the Number 1 in the world, like everywhere in the world. It's called 'Squid Game'. Squid Game will definitely be our biggest non-English language show in the world, for sure." Netflix has yet to confirm if there will be a follow-up season.
The ending of the show left us disappointed in the main character, but aside from this, the show had us at the edge of our seats and was unpredictable. We really enjoyed this show and hope to see a season two.

The creator of this show (Hwang Dong-hyuk) has been working on the script since 2008, and the series was originally supposed to be a movie.
The doll in the first game is a real creation you can visit in Jincheon County in Korea.
The original name of this series was “Round 6.”
